This PS2 CD-ROM disk was broken by my daughter's too strong pull-out trial from a plastic case. (Design of the case was so bad!!!) I was in Shinjuku area (famous shopping town in Tokyo) when I heard this news from my wife. I went to a discount camera/game shop to replace this broken CD-ROM to a new one, using shopping point card. My son was so pleased to get a new disk, as he could find that all his TV game rounds clear data was saved in a PS2 memory card, not in the disk, that could also work with a new CD-ROM. Saved digital data was more important than broken physical disk, in this case, for my 8 years old son.
